There are 2 reasons why the system may not be showing you availability:

1) On the date you are looking for we are full and we have no more rooms available.

2) The search you are doing is for a group of more than 3 people. The system does not accept reservations of more than 3 people per room. If your group is 4 people or more, search for 2 or more rooms.
