Terms & Conditions

If cancelled from the reservation time to 14 days before arrival, The guest will be charged 50,000.00 COP.

If cancelled from 14 to 7 days before arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the reservation amount.

If cancelled from 7 days to before arrival, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.
