Reason why, children and adolescents must be accompanied by their parents and present an identity document. In case of traveling accompanied by another adult, relative or non-relative, they must also present an authorization signed before a notary by both parents.

We allow ourselves to inform you that in order to improve our facilities and offer the best services to our guests, the Island Pool area will be under maintenance on the dates between November 16 to December 1 of this year. Therefore, we put at your disposal our 6 additional pools.

Adicional a esta ley,   se informa que las reservas con fecha check in hasta el 31 de Diciembre del 2022, tendrán el IVA excluido. Por lo tanto, a partir del 01 de Enero de 2023, se generará el cargo correspondiente al IVA de su reserva.  Esta ley aplica para la prestación de servicios de alojamiento a residentes en Colombia
