Rates are per room per night. Credit card information will be used only for guarantee your booking. The hotel will only check that credit card information is valid but charges will not be done in advance.

Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur

Cancellations or modifications at least 7 days prior to arrival - No Charge

Cancellations or modifications less than 7 days prior to arrival: 1 night + VAT charge regardless of the nationality of the guest.

Cancellations on the check in date or No-show: 50% of the full stay + VAT (if the reservation is just for one night, the charge will be 1 night + VAT)

For stays longer than 5 nights, half of your stay will be charged 15 days prior to arrival. That amount is non refundable in case of cancellations, amendment or no show.

Early Departure: In case you need to leave our hotel before the check out date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Cancellation Policy for Special Dates (For stays from December 23^rd to January 1^st 2019 and from EasterWeek):

For Special Dates, the total amount of your reservation will be charged into your credit card 30 days prior to the check in date. There will be no refund in case of cancellation, amendment or no show.

Children policies:

Children can sleep in the room by using existing beds, according to the maximum room occupancy.

One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot

The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Extra beds and/or baby cots are available only on request and must be confirmed by the hotel. Extra bed has an additional cost of USD 45 + VAT21%, even if it is not used by a third person and it can only be added in Superior category.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

All guests must show at the Check in moment their valid Passport.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

People under 18 years old must stay with their parents or legal guardian. 

21%VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included in these rates.

Starting January 2nd 2017, according to Resolution N 1043/16, foreign tourists who prove their nationality and residency abroad, may benefit of exemption from payment VAT21% over their accommodation rates.

To apply for this benefit you must send a copy of your passport to reservas@minehotel.com and payment must be done only with a credit  cards issued abroad. 

Argentine guests, as well as guests of any nationality paying by a different method, will be added VAT21% to total value of their stay.

In case of No Show, the total amount of the stay plus VAT21% will be charged.
