The guest can cancel free of charge until 15 days before arrival.
If cancelled
from 15 to 7 days before arrival, the guest will be charged
25% of the reservation amount.If cancelled
from 7 days to one day before arrival, the guest will be charged
50% of the reservation amount.If cancelled
from one day to before arrival, the guest will be charged
the total price of the reservation.If cancelled
later or in case of no-show, the guest will be charged
the total price of the reservation.

Pets are allowed (upon request). Price: € 16,50 per animal per night.
Daily cleaning on request and at an additional cost. Includes change of towels and sheets every four days.

Advance payment
An amount equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining amount must be paid after check-in.
