take the road to San Marco in Lamis and then continue towards San Giovanni Rotondo.

A 14 Highway (from South): exit at Foggia;
take the road to Manfredonia and then continue towards San Giovanni Rotondo.

A 16 Highway (Naples - Canosa): exit at Candela;
continue towards Foggia and take the freeway to Manfredonia as far as the junction to San Giovanni Rotondo.
